All sales are final once confirmed, please note that we do not offer any REFUNDS unless we cant fulfil your order. An option of store credit or refund will be offered if we cant fulfil your order.
No cancellations will be accepted once the order goes through.
In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly email us at onlinesales@melangesingapore.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange or Credit Note only if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

In this case all items have to be returned back to Melange Singapore premises in their original packaging within 1 week. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

SPECIAL REQUEST : If a customer wants a size exchange after receiving the order, we are happy to review the request, subject to designers discretion and product availability. Please note this only applies for size exchange requests which are in a regular size and not made to measure. Please send us an email on onlinesales@
melangesingapore.com within 48 hours of receiving the garment, final decision on this is subject to designers approval. The cost of return courier in this case will be borne by the customer.
All customised orders are non returnable and all accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. There will be no exchange or refund of end of season sale products. All sales for this category will be considered as final and no customisation will be offered.
- All orders are shipped from India, barring products that are available inhouse at Studio Melange.

- As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary and will be informed to you beforehand to release your order from customs on arrival.
