Your purchase is eligible for an exchange or Credit Note only if it meets the following conditions:

If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

In this case all items have to be returned back to Melange Singapore premises in their original packaging within 1 week. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

SPECIAL REQUEST : If a customer wants a size exchange after receiving the order, we are happy to review the request, subject to designers discretion and product availability. melangesingapore.com within 48 hours of receiving the garment, final decision on this is subject to designers approval. The cost of return courier in this case will be borne by the customer.
All customised orders are non returnable and all accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. There will be no exchange or refund of end of season sale products. All sales for this category will be considered as final and no customisation will be offered.
